Scholarship In-State Transfer or Reapplication Request

To be eligible for the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship, students must be determined as recipients during their senior year of high school. 

The scholarship cannot be earned or applied for after high school graduation.

 Please only complete the Palmetto Fellows Transfer or Reapplication Request if you have already received verification of your eligibility from the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education and are attempting to transfer your scholarship from a GAP or one institution to another.

In-State Transfer Request: This is for current Palmetto Fellows recipients transferring from one eligible SC institution to another eligible SC institution.

Reapplication Request: This is for current Palmetto Fellow students who either 1) took a gap term/year, or 2) are transferring from an out-of-state institution to an eligible SC institution.
